Why we cannot wait to shop at Badminton!
It's not all about the horses. If you wanted to, you could spend most of your visit browsing the shopping village at the Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials. These are just five of our reasons why we can't wait to get shopping...
You can grab a bargain
In a survey BE carried out last year, 50 per cent of event goers placed huge importance on the shopping experience and, with the opportunity to pick up anything from holidays to homeware, we know that Badminton is not all about the horses, but we also know it’s a great place to pick up a bargain! Several of the 275+ tradestands will have discounts and deals on their end-of-line and display stock, plus on-event promotions. Hitting the shops at the end of each day and on Sunday will give you the best chance of securing an even better deal.
BE will have reductions on last season’s range, including base layers, breeches, kids' clothing and much more
Shop the latest ranges
Next to the end-of-line and display stock offers, lots of exhibitors will be showcasing their latest ranges. Just make sure the boot of your car is empty so that you can fit all your shopping in.

Spot a star
Keep your eyes peeled for the riders browsing in the shopping village. Sometimes they are really hard to recognise when they aren’t wearing a riding hat.
See loads of dogs
There are probably as many dogs as there are people at Badminton, therefore lots of shops for dogs so that they too can pick up the latest range of canine fashion and accessories (plus you get to pet lots of dogs).
New ranges, discounts, on-event offers and some free stuff. Make sure you check out the World of Food and Drink for delicious samples and BE also have an offer - anyone taking out Supporter Membership during the event will get a free polo shirt or sleeveless polo shirt.
Take out the BE Supporter Membership at Badminton for just £25 and get a free polo shirt or sleeveless polo shirt.
The British Eventing tradestand will be open from Wednesday 2-Sunday 6 May; stand number 195 Deer Park Drive.
