The outfits we were loving in the First Horse Inspection at Badminton

Each year, riders raise their game when it comes to fashion in the First Horse Inspection at the Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials, and 2018 was no exception. We pick out some of our favourite looks from the runway.
-

We absolutely loved Georgie Strang's look - the leopard print skirt paired with a perfect height heel for the occasion thanks to her Fairfax & Favour 'The Kensington Boot' , topped off with a stunning Hicks & Brown hat. She does her dressage on Lance and Diana Morrish's Cooley Earl at 9.38am on Friday.
-

Ahead of her dressage test on Jenny Lockyer and her own Zacarla BLH at 3.40pm Thursday, Danielle Dunn makes a statement in the First Horse Inspection in this gorgeous green Beatrice von Tresckow jacket and her fabulous hair.
-

Badminton debutants Alexander Whewall and Lisa Coward's Chakiris Star looked right at home on in front of the crowds. They perform their dressage at 11.34 on Thursday.
-

Also making their first appearance at Badminton, Will Furlong looked every bit the professional in his St James Jacket (Duke) jacket from Holland Cooper, with a splash of colour thanks to his lime green tie against a white shirt from The Oxford Shirt Company, and a pair of Fairfax & Favour Desert Boots. The Acorn Syndicate's Collien P 2 lapped up the attention and looks ready for their dressage test at 10.10am on Friday.

Dressage at the Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials kicks off today (3 May) for two days before cross country on Saturday 5 May and show jumping on Sunday 6 May. The full running order can be viewed HERE.
